Founded by a retired law enforcement officer and his son, Ground Ops is your defense against the daily grind. Our philosophy is simple. Keep it fresh. Keep it local. Keep our guests coming back for the aromatic, warm taste of our house-roasted coffee and lovingly baked sweet & savory rolls, cookies, Hello Cakes and more. Our bakers and baristas work together to greet customers like longtime friends and family. Because to us, you are.
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT
The Ground Ops Bakehouse serves up decadence and comfort with its popular cinnamon rolls, sweet rolls, and savory rolls. Everything is baked from scratch, and head baker Chris makes everything just as he loved them as a kid – melt-in-your-mouth delicious and just over the top enough to feel dangerous.
The coffee is roasted with beans thoughtfully curated from around the globe, and our baristas approach coffee making as an art form – and a way to brighten someone’s day with a jolt of caffeine and a smile.
